Sales Associate – Jewellery & Social Media

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, Punjabi‑speaking Sales Associate who is passionate about jewellery and comfortable engaging customers both in‑store and online. The role combines traditional retail sales with active social‑media interaction to drive brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing a warm and professional experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend jewellery pieces that match their preferences, occasion, and budget.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of jewellery, precious metals and current trends.
• Respond to enquiries and messages on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, converting online interest into in‑store visits.
• Create and schedule social‑media content such as posts, stories and reels to showcase products.
• Help achieve individual and team sales targets while keeping the showroom tidy and presentable.

Required profile

• Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales is preferred.
• Fluent Punjabi speaking is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and online.
• Strong sales and relationship‑building abilities with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Attention to detail and quick learning of product information.
