Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their sleep needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain a visually appealing store through product presentation, replenishment, and housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving merchandise, organizing stock, and conducting inventory counts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and service standards.

Required profile

• Positive, optimistic attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
• Ideally 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (not mandatory).
