About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant to join Kia Québec’s retail team in Québec. You will work in a fast‑paced showroom environment, helping customers find the right vehicle and providing a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advice on Kia merchandise and recommend suitable models based on customer needs.
- Advertise and promote products, sales, and services to drive showroom traffic.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Deliver excellent customer service, greeting visitors and discussing vehicle features, quality, and pricing.
Required profile
- Adaptable, collaborative, and goal‑oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multitask in a busy retail setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a clean criminal record and credit check.
