About the role
Are you passionate about retail and delivering exceptional customer service? Mountain Warehouse is looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant in Lethbridge to help create a welcoming store environment and support daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting new team members.
- Assist with day‑to‑day store operations, process transactions efficiently and maintain a clean, well‑stocked sales floor.
- Engage customers, understand their needs, address inquiries and represent the Mountain Warehouse brand.
- Support promotional set‑ups and help the team meet and exceed sales targets.

- Passionate about retail and eager to share enthusiasm.
- Excellent communicator with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
