Customer Service Associate – South Region

About the role

The Customer Service Associate works directly with customers and employees, handling inquiries, product returns, exchanges and sales transactions efficiently and professionally. This part‑time position offers a friendly, inclusive environment where you can develop retail skills while helping the community.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Process returns, exchanges and sales transactions using the cash register and computer systems.
• Maintain the customer service area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Full availability for 10‑30 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Approachable with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as standing, walking and lifting items for up to 8 hours.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment with attention to detail.
