About the role
COBS Bread is seeking a part‑time Sales Assistant to join its Calgary bakery. The role offers a fun, fast‑paced environment where you’ll interact with regular customers and learn bakery operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and build relationships with regular patrons.
- Handle cash, credit‑card and debit transactions at the POS.
- Merchandise baked goods and support marketing campaign displays.
- Maintain a clean bakery environment and assist with production tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Positive attitude, reliable and self‑motivated.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 22 kg and perform repetitive motions.
Required skills
- Experience operating a POS system.
