About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for directing and controlling daily operations of a Circle K convenience store in Calgary, ensuring excellent customer service, safety compliance, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations.
• Evaluate, plan and organize daily operations.
• Manage staff, assign duties and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses.
• Determine staffing requirements and resolve customer issues, complaints and supply shortages.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure adherence to government and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock and maintain merchandising standards.
