About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our insurance business in Surrey. The role combines strategic marketing oversight with hands‑on sales execution to drive growth and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze market research data to inform business decisions.
- Direct and evaluate the company’s marketing strategies and internet presence.
- Oversee the preparation of website content and promotional materials.
- Supervise staff and coordinate special publicity events and promotions.
- Plan, direct and assess advertising campaigns that promote our insurance services.
- Maintain and manage the digital database.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education in small business administration/management or sales, distribution and marketing operations.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
