About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and refine our marketing strategies for Oziss Industries Inc. based in Surrey, BC. The role involves analysing market data, directing promotional activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse market research data to support business decisions.
- Develop, direct and evaluate advertising campaigns and promotional materials.
- Oversee creation and review of website content, reports, briefs and press releases.
- Manage marketing budgets, contracts and travel requirements.
- Supervise a team of 5‑10 staff members.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, advertising or sales.
- Basic security clearance and a valid driver’s licence.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
