About the role
Untold Studios is seeking a passionate, energetic Runner to support client service and keep the studio environment vibrant. This 6‑month contract role is based onsite in Toronto and offers the chance to be part of a creative community.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure communal areas, kitchen, and seating are tidy and stocked.
- Assist with ordering and managing food, drinks, stationery, and cleaning supplies.
- Support the organization of monthly team events, marketing activities, off‑sites, and outings.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring visitors have everything they need.
- Handle a variety of tasks from unloading the dishwasher to running daily post.
- Work collaboratively with the team, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Required profile
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of workload.
- Creative problem‑solver with a can‑do, start‑up attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to create a positive experience for clients, guests, and colleagues.
- Must be living in and eligible to work in Toronto, Ontario.
