Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role
The Room Attendant ensures that guest rooms and surrounding areas are clean, well‑presented, and welcoming in line with resort standards. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Chilliwack, BC, and plays a vital part in delivering a positive guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and replenish linens and amenities.
- Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness in public areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damage or safety concerns.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and established cleaning procedures.
Required profile
- Housekeeping and clean‑room skills with a focus on high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Attention to detail, good time‑management, and ability to follow procedures.
- Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and move carts for extended periods.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
