Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Join the housekeeping team at Four Points by Sheraton in Kelowna Airport, where you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and ready for occupancy. This role offers a supportive environment with a focus on teamwork, safety, and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service an average of 14 guest rooms per shift, meeting time‑and‑quality standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and health‑safety concerns to management.
• Maintain and organize cleaning tools, carts, and supplies, ensuring proper use of chemicals and PPE.
• Follow lost‑and‑found procedures, accurately bagging and tagging items.
• Assist with deep‑cleaning projects, property walks, and parking‑lot clean‑ups as assigned.
• Provide courteous guest interactions, promoting hotel facilities and services.
• Complete required brand training and adhere to all brand and safety standards.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented yet capable of working independently.
• Reliability in arriving at least 10 minutes before shift start.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning systems, chemicals, and proper PPE usage.
