Risk Assurance Analyst – Banking

About the role

Join the Risk Advisory and Assurance team at President’s Choice Bank, a leading Canadian chartered bank. As an Analyst you will support audit execution, regulatory compliance, and strategic risk initiatives, helping the organization deliver high‑quality financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on audits covering regulatory, operational, and strategic areas.
• Collaborate with risk professionals to identify current and emerging risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners to understand business challenges.
• Use data analytics to perform risk assessments, develop visualizations, and prepare management reports.
• Provide analytical support for high‑impact consulting engagements as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or audit.
• Pursuing or holding an MBA, CPA, PMP, or similar designation is a strong asset.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
