About the role

As a Retail Team Leader at Saje Natural Wellness, you will guide customers through the healing power of plants, delivering personalized wellness recommendations while fostering a supportive store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide authentic, consistent, and exceptional customer service aligned with the Saje experience.
• Demonstrate products (GPOP) inside and outside the store to raise awareness.
• Educate customers on 100% natural wellness solutions and make tailored product recommendations.
• Drive store performance by meeting KPIs such as revenue, average transaction value, traffic, conversion, and loyalty growth.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and identify opportunities to enhance the in‑store experience.
• Lead community outreach initiatives to grow the business.
• Support and coach team members, ensuring they have the product knowledge needed for success.
