About the role

Kiokii is expanding its presence in North America with a new store at Place Sainte-Foy. We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Team Lead to set the standard for sales excellence and customer service, guiding associates to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist store management in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflows.
• Provide clear direction, support, and on‑the‑job training to store associates.
• Maintain store conditions to meet company standards and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Support staffing efforts in line with business needs.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Drive sales performance by meeting store targets and key metrics.
• Assist with store opening, setup, and merchandising.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for the Asian beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
