About the role
We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at Instant Gold Refining Inc. in Dawson, Yukon. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff, including apprentices and sales workers.
- Assign duties and establish work schedules.
- Hire, train, and arrange training for employees.
- Order and authorize return of merchandise.
- Sell merchandise and manage cash transactions.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Conduct performance reviews.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
