About the role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team at our Quesnel location. You will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high customer service standards, and support a welcoming environment for both staff and shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties and coordinate their activities.
- Authorize returns of merchandise and handle customer requests.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues such as complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 5‑10 employees.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or comparable non‑university certificate/diploma, or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to supervise a team of 5‑10 staff members.
