About the role
The Cariboo Hotel is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales performance and ensure excellent customer service in its Quesnel location.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily retail operations.
- Evaluate and monitor operational performance.
- Plan, organize and schedule daily activities.
- Manage staff, assign duties and conduct performance reviews.
- Implement pricing and credit policies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Plan budgets, monitor revenues and control expenses.
- Determine staffing requirements and manage recruitment.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Flexibility, organized and a team player.
- Availability for morning, day and weekend shifts.
- Support for newcomers, refugees and youth through mentorship and inclusive training.
