Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our gas‑station retail outlet in Lac la Hache. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment. The role includes shift work, on‑call availability and occasional overtime to meet store needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules.
• Hire, train, and coordinate activities of a team of 1‑4 employees.
• Authorize payments by cheque, order and return merchandise, and oversee inventory management.
• Prepare sales and personnel reports and manage payroll administration.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Sell merchandise and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Authorize return of merchandise and maintain compliance with safety and cash handling procedures.
