About the role
We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team at Wally's Beer Cooler in Grande Prairie, AB. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns.
- Establish work schedules for the team.
- Sell merchandise and achieve sales targets.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of 3‑4 workers.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
- Ability to supervise a team of 3‑4 employees.
