About the role
We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and handling returns while maintaining a high standard of merchandising.
Key responsibilities
- Authorize return of merchandise and process sales transactions.
- Sell merchandise and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store workers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in retail supervision.
