About the role
We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Orrville General Store in McDougall.
Key responsibilities
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
- Authorize returns of merchandise and manage cash transactions.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Establish work schedules and supervise/co‑ordinate activities of workers.
- Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
