About the role
Everything Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at its Brampton location. You will be responsible for scheduling, cash handling, and reporting on sales performance. The successful candidate will resolve customer issues, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff, including apprentices and design team members.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules and oversee cash management.
- Sell merchandise and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
