About the role
We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team at our Lethbridge location. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules.
- Hire, train, and develop staff, supervising 3‑4 employees.
- Authorize payments by cheque and handle merchandise returns.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
- Ability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
