About the role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Ardrossan location. The role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and driving sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan and organize daily store operations.
- Manage staff, assign duties, recruit, hire and supervise employees.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and set merchandise mix.
- Implement pricing, credit policies and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 3 to less than 5 years of experience in retail management.
- Ability to plan budgets, analyze sales data and adjust staffing levels.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
