About the role
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Pop‑In Food Store in Odessa, ON. The role involves overseeing staff, managing merchandise, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, control, evaluate, and plan daily store operations.
- Manage staff scheduling, assign duties, recruit, hire, and conduct performance reviews.
- Analyze market trends to determine product mix, set pricing and credit policies, and develop marketing strategies.
- Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and resolve customer complaints or supply shortages.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education with 3‑5 years of retail management experience.
- Strong analytical, time‑management, and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate and work shift schedules.
