Retail Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our Mobil 1 Lube Express location in Port Moody. The role involves overseeing all aspects of store performance, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and marketing initiatives to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily store operations.
• Plan, organize and monitor daily activities.
• Manage staff, assign duties and determine staffing needs.
• Study market research and trends to set merchandise and service offerings.
• Implement pricing and credit policies.
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to work in a diverse, cross‑cultural environment, including support for newcomers, youth and Indigenous workers.
