Retail Store Manager

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and empowering team members while ensuring the store meets performance and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Participate actively on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model excellent service.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary and partnering with leadership.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English; French proficiency required for Quebec‑based roles.
• Strong commitment to inclusive leadership and creating a respectful workplace.
