Retail Store Associate – Northumberland Square

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Store Associates to join our Northumberland Square location in Miramichi. In this part-time role you will help create a welcoming shopping environment and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, including accurate handling of transactions.
• Provide fitting‑room assistance and maintain a tidy sales floor.
• Support back‑room tasks such as stocking and organizing merchandise.
• Participate in training and development programs to build retail skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Flexible, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• At least 18 years of age and willing to undergo a criminal record check.
