Store Manager – Northumberland Square

About the role

Winners is looking for a Store Manager to lead its Northumberland Square location in Miramichi. You will create an inclusive, supportive environment while driving sales and operational excellence in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, including merchandise presentation, back‑room, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving.
• Recruit, train, develop and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers, providing individualized coaching.
• Develop and implement creative sales plans; advise the District Manager on merchandise mix, inventory levels and customer demographics.
• Lead loss‑prevention initiatives, ensure compliance with company policies, conduct audits and hold program meetings.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation, and communicate action plans for store initiatives.
