Retail Stock Associate – Wall Centre

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Retail Stock Associate to keep our Wall Centre location fully stocked, organized, and ready for guests. This hands‑on position requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, verify quantities, and report any discrepancies.
• Stock shelves, fridges, and freezers, applying FIFO rotation and checking expiry dates.
• Remove or relocate products that are within 30 days of expiration.
• Maintain clean and organized store and back‑stock areas.
• Replenish shelves from back‑stock as needed.
• Complete a section‑by‑section store check at the end of each shift.
• Report inventory or operational issues promptly to the Director of Retail.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer areas.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
