About the role
We are seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Wabasca‑Desmarais, AB. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, managing staff, handling inventory and returns, and preparing performance reports. You will also resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties.
- Hire, train, or arrange training for staff.
- Authorize return of merchandise.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1‑2 years of sales supervisory experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
