About the role
We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead our furniture store operations in Victoria. You will oversee daily activities, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily store operations, including planning, organizing and evaluating performance.
- Manage a team of 3‑4 staff members, assign duties, conduct performance reviews and supervise office and volunteer personnel.
- Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand, set merchandise mix and procure products for resale.
- Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Required profile
- Adaptable, collaborative and goal‑oriented with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- Excellent oral communication, interpersonal awareness and client‑focused attitude.
- Proactive learner with solid time‑management, multitasking and organizational skills.
