About the role
We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead daily operations at our Brampton location. You will oversee staff, manage merchandise selection and pricing, and drive sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily store operations, evaluating performance and implementing improvements.
- Plan, organize, and monitor budgets, revenues, and expenses.
- Determine merchandise assortment, procure items for resale, and set pricing and credit policies.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, assigning duties and managing schedules.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages promptly.
- Monitor staffing requirements and adjust workforce levels as needed.
- Ensure compliance with green job initiatives that promote positive environmental outcomes.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant retail sales management experience.
- Ability to handle operational, financial, and customer‑service responsibilities.
