About the role

We are seeking an energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our small, fun team at $10 Clothing in Calgary. The role starts on September 1st and is full‑time, Monday to Friday. You will help customers find the right fashion pieces while maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and answer questions about merchandise, prices, and promotions.
• Assist shoppers in selecting clothing, upsell and cross‑sell based on preferences.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and report needs to management.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Keep the sales floor and display areas tidy and well‑organized.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient reading and writing skills in English.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise throughout the shift.
