Retail Sales Advisor

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor, guiding shoppers through the store and helping them find the right fashion pieces. You will use your product knowledge to create a positive shopping experience and support the store’s visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing fashion advice and product information.
• Promote and sell merchandise, including the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain garment care, refill stock, and ensure tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
• Operate fitting rooms, checkout areas, and in‑store technology such as Click & Collect and Smart Store tools.
• Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Follow health & safety guidelines and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and current trends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Team‑player willing to share knowledge and receive feedback.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required skills

• Experience using in‑store technology such as the Instore Care App, Click & Collect, and Smart Store tools.
