Retail Sales Advisor – Customer Service & Fashion

About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M you will deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers through the store and help them discover fashion that fits their style. You will use your product knowledge to answer questions, promote the brand’s sustainability initiatives and ensure a tidy, inviting sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized fashion advice.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in‑store sustainability programs.
• Maintain garment care, refill stock, steam items and keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house areas clean.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices.
• Support visual merchandising by arranging displays according to brand guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and follow health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and up‑to‑date knowledge of current trends.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store team members.
• Willingness to learn and share product and store operation knowledge.
