Retail Sales Representative – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Representative for a 12‑month contract to cover the Gatineau area in Quebec. Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, you will drive sales and merchandising initiatives across mass, grocery and convenience stores.

Key responsibilities

• Manage retail outlets (mass, grocery, convenience) to achieve sales and merchandising targets within the assigned territory.
• Implement in‑store activities and pivotal initiatives from account teams to meet performance goals.
• Develop and execute a strategic coverage plan to reach sales volume objectives.
• Build relationships with retail decision‑makers to advance Nestlé’s objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and local regulations.
• Handle full financial processes in line with corporate guidelines.
• Participate actively in cycle meetings and Customer Banner meetings.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service or merchandising (including internships or co‑ops).
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Residence within the territory or willingness to relocate.
• Post‑secondary education in Business Administration.
