About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high‑impact leadership role overseeing a flagship retail and service location within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused organization. As the Retail Operations Manager you will ensure a seamless experience for customers while leading a dynamic frontline team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a large‑scale flagship location, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, coach and support a multi‑shift team, fostering a positive, high‑performing environment.
• Drive sales and leasing activities, meeting targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Maintain a consistently clean, organized and presentation‑ready facility, including for executive and investor visits.
• Manage administrative functions such as reporting, inventory, scheduling and cash handling.
• Act as the point of escalation for customer concerns, resolving issues with professionalism.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in high‑end retail or hospitality leadership roles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and take direction and feedback from senior leadership.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
