Retail Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Retail Operations Coordinator will support key operational initiatives across Chanel Canada boutiques. Working from the Toronto Head Office, you will partner with boutique teams, retail management, and corporate partners to drive efficiency and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with boutique teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Support change‑management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
• Act as liaison between boutiques and head office, ensuring local needs are addressed and best practices shared.
• Maintain and scale operational processes for both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house functions.
• Participate in boutique launches, inventory management, asset protection, and compliance projects.
• Monitor rollout of new technologies, systems, and tools.
• Partner with boutique management to reduce risk, control costs, and enhance customer and employee experience.
• Organise project update meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of boutique operations experience.
• Tech‑savvy with strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with RFID technology.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of Coupa procurement platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use project management software.
