Retail Educator – Cornwall Centre

About the role

The Educator role is the foundation of the store’s success, delivering world‑class guest experiences and product education. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and embody the brand’s inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to provide a seamless, time‑respectful experience and customized purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, articulating value and benefits of lululemon apparel.
• Execute omnichannel services such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store, phone sales, and ship‑from‑store transactions.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking, organizing merchandise, and performing cleaning tasks.
• Use in‑store technology (POS and inventory tools) to support operations and guest transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an inclusive, supportive environment for guests and colleagues.
