About the role

Join No Frills in Regina as an Assistant Store Manager working the day shift. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support the store’s financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store activities, including sales, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Supervise and coach front‑line team members, manage scheduling, and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, receive shipments, and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Monitor store performance metrics, drive sales initiatives, and contribute to achieving targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a retail or grocery environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
