About the role
Join Green's Market as a Retail Butcher, where you'll work in a fast‑paced grocery environment preparing high‑quality meats for customers. This full‑time, permanent position offers a mix of morning, day and evening shifts with on‑call availability.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting.
- Cut, trim, and portion standard cuts of meat.
- Wrap, package, and label prepared meats for sale.
- Remove bones and grind meats as required.
- Weigh meats accurately for pricing and inventory.
Required profile
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a butcher or meat‑processing role.
- Availability for shift work, including evenings, mornings, and on‑call assignments.
- Ability to start on the date specified in the posting.
- Proficiency in English (or French) as required.
