Retail Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Retail Branch Manager to lead our Dartmouth appliance store. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, control, evaluate, plan and organize daily store operations.
• Manage staff, assign duties, recruit, hire, supervise and conduct performance reviews.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop marketing strategies.
• Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and administer payroll.
• Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Inspect products for quality and conformity to specifications.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
