About the role
We are seeking a Retail Branch Manager to lead our bakery location in Montreal, QC. This is a permanent full‑time position with a salary range of CAD 70,000–85,000 per year. The manager must be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff schedules, and driving sales performance.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 5+ years of experience in retail management.
- Availability for shift or on‑call work.
- Fluency in English or French as required.
- Relevant certifications as required by the posting.
