About the role
Join Fashion House as a Retail Assistant Manager and help drive the daily success of our store. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the store manager in delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and assign duties to store staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Select merchandise and services to be offered, aligning with market demand.
- Implement pricing, credit, and promotional policies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost foot traffic and sales.
- Handle customer requests, complaints and resolve supply shortages promptly.
- Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate daily store activities.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of retail or supervisory experience.
- Ability to work full‑time days and weekends in a dynamic setting.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
