As a Restaurant Supervisor you will lead a dedicated crew, ensuring every guest receives the high‑standard service that has earned the inn multiple Forbes, Michelin and AAA accolades.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guest service that meets or exceeds Relais & Châteaux, Michelin Two Keys, AAA Diamond and Forbes standards.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, motivation and training for food‑and‑beverage staff.
• Maintain staff product knowledge and support ongoing development.
• Assist with financial controls, including daily revenue tracking, expenditure management and payroll processing.
• Oversee menu updates, printing and Silverware POS programming.
• Ensure smooth operation of the restaurant during predominantly AM shifts.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Strong communication skills, energy and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Alignment with West Coast culture and the inn’s focus on sustainability and community.
