Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor leads the Front of House team to ensure smooth dining operations and exceptional guest experiences at Naturally Pacific Resort. You will coordinate service flow, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and support a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Front of House team during service, ensuring seamless operations.
• Conduct pre‑shift meetings to communicate daily specials, service priorities, and guest expectations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, engage with guests, and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain dining room readiness, including cleanliness, table settings, and organization.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the dining area.
• Support special events and coordinate with the kitchen and other departments.
• Perform opening and closing duties to prepare the dining area for each service.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage, or 5+ years as a lead server.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on teamwork and mentorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems; experience using Silverware POS is an asset.
