Restaurant Manager – Saskatoon

About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Boston Pizza location in Saskatoon. The role involves overseeing service delivery, staff performance, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Determine service types and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
• Conduct performance reviews and cost products and services.
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients for catering or facility use.
• Participate in marketing plans and address customer complaints or concerns.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Reliability and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, nights, days and weekends as needed.
