About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead the daily operations of the Subway location in Quesnel, ensuring smooth service delivery, staff performance, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role combines operational oversight, customer service, and team development to drive business success.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan daily operations to meet service standards.
- Recruit, schedule, and train staff members.
- Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and generate cash reports.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in marketing plans and their implementation.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for morning, evening, day, weekend shifts and overtime.
